Our Activities.
To complement the immersion program CBA offers their students extracurricular activities (in Spanish of course!). These activities are focused on the culture, politics and history of Guatemala. Our activities include trips to neighboring indigenous villages, Yoga classes, round table discussions on social, political and economic issues, movies, excursions to cooperatives, markets, beaches, archeological sites, natural reserves, natural hot water springs and salsa and merengue classes.
These activities are so much fun…so interesting…so educational…plus it gives you the opportunity to practice what you’ve learned in the classroom. I can’t wait to go back!
